CANCELLATION + LATE POLICY
Please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes of spa services to avoid a 50% charge off the original price.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be modified to your remaining time to honor other scheduled guests. We require a credit card for all appointments

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity based on the original price will automatically be added to each service.
If you feel you have received exceptional service, additional gratuities are appreciated and are solely at your discretion.

PLEASE NOTE
Guests must be at least 18 or older to receive massage, body treatments, and use the spa facility.
Guests that are 16 or older may receive facial treatments.
Access to the pool, gym, and spa amenities is limited to guests receiving spa treatments.

What Should I Bring?
We provide you with a robe, towels, slippers, private lockers, and toiletries. We suggest bringing a swimsuit, comfortable clothing, and no jewelry.

Can I Bring My Phone?
Please respect guests that are enjoying the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the spa by speaking softly and avoiding use of cell phones and electronic devices.

How Early Should I Arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to change into a robe and get settled. You may enjoy the spa facility from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

What do I Wear During My Massage?
We suggest dressing down to your comfort level; however, it is customary for guests to completely dis-robe for their spa services. Your body will be completely draped during your massage; the only area that’s exposed is the area being worked on.

May I Use the Spa if I'm Pregnant?
Of course, however use of the sauna, steam, or jacuzzi are not recommended, the excessive heat may cause dizziness, fainting, overheating, or dehydration. Prenatal massages will only be offered to guests in the second or third trimester, approval from your physician is recommended.

If I am not a Hotel Guest, Can I Use the Spa Facility?
Non-hotel guests must purchase a minimum of a 50-minute spa treatment to access facilities.

Are Alcoholic Beverages Allowed in the Spa?
No, alcoholic beverages must be enjoyed outside of the spa. For the safety of our guests the spa retains the right to refuse service or use of the facilities.
