Yes. A daily resort fee of $45 per room per night plus 13% tax is applied at check-in. The resort fee includes beach chairs, beach and pool towels, access to the fitness center, in-room Lavazza coffee, two bottles of water per day, basic Wi-Fi, 24-hour access to the business center, and complimentary bike rentals.

Taxes are collected as mandated by the City and State and are subject to change. Taxes are charged based on the prevailing rate during your stay. Current rates are 7% sales tax and 6% occupancy tax. Guest rooms are subject to both sales and occupancy tax.

There is no charge for additional guests up to the maximum occupancy allowed in the room when using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

Valet parking is available for $55 plus 7% tax per 24-hour period with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Self-parking is not available. Daily beach parking is available for $25 plus 7% tax.

Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and incense, is prohibited inside the building and on guest balconies.

Yes, the hotel is dog-friendly, and all dogs are enrolled in the VID (Very Important Dog) program. Each room is limited to a maximum of two dogs. Dogs over 60 pounds and aggressive breeds cannot be accommodated. A $150 cleaning fee per dog will be applied to the reservation. Any costs associated with damage caused by a dog will be charged to the registered guest.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Yes. A minimum incidental hold of $100 per day is required for each reservation.

• Outside catering is not permitted in any area of the hotel. Please contact the sales department for assistance with event planning.
• Sky Bar access is restricted to registered hotel guests, spa guests, and resort pass holders.
• Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the pool area.
• Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult when entering Spa Atlantic or the Fitness Center.
• Proper pool attire is required on the pool deck and in the pool and jacuzzi.
