Resort Fee:
Daily Resort Fee of 35 USD per room per night plus 6 PCT tax is applied at the time of check-in. The resort fee includes: Complimentary Basic WIFI • 24 Hour Access to Business center • Complimentary use of Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi (from 10 AM to 6 PM in Spa) • 24 Hour Access to Fitness Center  Welcome Drink • Complimentary FIJI Water Per Guest Per Day

Extra Person:
An additional 25 USD per person above 2 guests in the room is charged. Children aged 17 and under sharing parent’s room are accommodated free.

Cancellations:
72 hours prior to arrival unless stated otherwise

Parking:
35 USD per night with 24 hours unlimited in and out privileges

Smoking:

The Atlantic Hotel & Spa is a fully non-smoking property, including cigarettes, cigars, illegal substances, e-cigarettes, e-pipes, e-hookahs and e-cigars. Burning any kind of incense in the guestrooms is prohibited and any evidence of smoke from any of the above will result in a $500 charge applied to your hotel account.

Pets:
Our boutique property is dog friendly, however we are unable to accomodate any aggressive breeds and dogs weighing over 60lbs. A onetime fee of $150 per stay, per dog is charged as per Our VID (Very Important Dog) program. Any damages incurred to the room by the dog, will become a liability of registered guest, fees start from $250.

• No outside or private catering is permitted by the pool or in the guest suites of The Atlantic Hotel & Spa.
• SKY Bar is accessible to hotel registered guests, Spa guests and guests with Resort Pass access only. The hotel does not permit consumption nor delivery of any food and beverage items to the Pool Terrace unless purchased at SKY Bar.
• Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult if entering Spa Atlantic or Fitness Center
