Resort Fee:
Daily Resort Fee of $35 per room per night plus 7 PCT tax is applied at the time of check-in. The resort fee includes: Complimentary Basic WIFI • 24 Hour Access to Business center • Complimentary use of Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi (from 10 AM to 6 PM in Spa) • 24 Hour Access to Fitness Center  Welcome Drink • 2 Complimentary bottles of water per day


Taxes will be collected as mandated by the City and State and are subject to change and will be charged based on the prevailing rate during your stay.  Current rates are:

  • 7% Sales Tax
  • 6% Occupancy tax
  • Note that guest rooms are subject to both sales and occupancy tax.

Extra Person:
There is no charge for an additional guests up to the maximum occupancy allowed in your room when using existing bedding in the room.  Rollaways are available for a charge.

Valet parking is $35 plus tax per 24 hour period with unlimited in and out privileges.  Self parking is not available.

Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, and the burning of incense is prohibited inside the building or on your balcony.

Our property is dog friendly and all of our four legged guests are enrolled in our  Our VID (Very Important Dog) program. Each room is limited to no more than 2 dogs and we are unable to accommodate dogs over 60 pounds or aggressive breeds. A $150 cleaning fee per dog will be applied to your reservation. Any the cost to repair any damage caused by a dog will be charged to the registered guest.

Minimum Age to Check-in:

No outside catering is permitted in any areas of the hotel.  Please contact the sales department for details on how we can help plan your event.

SKY Bar is accessible to registered guests, spa guests and resort pass holders. Outside food and beverage is prohibited in the pool area.

• Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult if entering Spa Atlantic or Fitness Center 

• Proper pool attire must be worn when on the pool deck, in the pool and jacuzzi.
