ACCOUNTING

  • Accounting Clerk - Full-time

Strong hotel Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is required.

Previous experience with Springer Miller and M3 Software, with understanding of document formats, spreadsheets and business communications, is preferred.

Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Ability to be discreet and handle highly confidential information.

Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.

High School graduate or equivalent education required.

CULINARY

  • Dishwashers - Full-time & Part-time

Clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain the pots and pans in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Line Cooks - Full-time & Part-time
  • Breakfast Cook - Full-time (Shift begins at 5:30 a.m.)

Manage all aspects of the food production for banquets, including food preparation according to the description. Adhere to sanitation practices.

Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. 

Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions.

Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • Restaurant Bussers - Part-time

The primary responsibility of a Restaurant Busser is to reset tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Other duties will be expected as need arises.

  • Restaurant Servers - Part-time

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.

Clear tables during service.

Control guest checks and secure proper payment.

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

FRONT OFFICE

  • Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent - Part-time

As a Night Auditor, you will reconcile and complete all daily front desk agents’ work. Run trial balance to post rooms and close the day. Run accounts receivable reports. Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office as required. 

As a Guest Service Agent, you will greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information. Promote The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.

Accept payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests. 

Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.

  • Guest Service Agents - Full-time

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information. Promote The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Housekeepers - Full-time & Part-time

Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards.

  • Supervisor - Full-time

Supervise the performance of room attendants and general cleaning; take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices.

Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security.

Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements.

Review assignments of employees and make adjustments.

Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies.

High School graduate or equivalent education required.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

SPA

  • Nail Technician - On-Call
