- Line Cook - On Call
Manage all aspects of food production for banquets, including food preparation according to the description. Adhere to sanitation practices.
Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Restaurant Servers - Part-time
Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
Clear tables during service.
Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
- Guest Services Agents - Full-time
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information. Promote The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
Accept payment for guests' accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.
Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
- Guest Service Call Center Representatives - Full-time
Process guest reservation requests.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner.
Handle in-house guest requests and inquiries focusing on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Supervisor - Full-time
Supervise the performance of Room Attendants and general cleaning; take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices.
Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security.
Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements.
Review assignments of employees and make adjustments.
Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies.
High School graduate or equivalent education required.
Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Loss Prevention Officer - Full time
Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and associates and to protect hotel assets.
Answer house calls, assist guests and associates with respect to safety, security and hotel operations.
Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.
Assist sick and injured guests and associates, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must possess excellent communication skills, with basic computational ability and computer skills.
Knowledge of hotel policy and fire safety procedures.
High school or equivalent education with a minimum of one year security related background required.
- Hair Stylist On-Call
- Massage Therapist On-Call
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy.
Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
Keep up-to-date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work.
Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes.
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service.
Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift. Clean and sterilize tools, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.
Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
