  • Restaurant Host/Hostess - Part time

Control the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists.

Assign opening and closing side duties.

Handle reservation book, take incoming telephone calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.

Assist in table setting and general dining room maintenance during peak periods.

Knowledge of all menu items, prices and general service procedures.

Ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language with excellent communication skills.

Must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills.

  • Restaurant Servers - Part time - AM and PM shifts

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.

Clear tables during service.

Control guest checks and secure proper payment.

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

  • Bartender - Full time

Prepare drinks for the customers.

Act as the cashier for the servers when necessary.

Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area.

Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.

Also will be asked to fulfill a number of additional duties.

Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.

  • Cook - Full Time

Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.

Set up station with predetermined mise en place  required to service all banquet functions.

Practice sanitation an safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction. 


  • Guest Services Agent -  Full time

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information.

Accept payment for guests' accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout.

Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.

Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.

  • Bell Attendant - Full Time

Welcome guests to the hotel.

Store guest luggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Summons taxis upon request.

Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline suttle services, etc.

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • IT Manager

To assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.

To implement network security.

To oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.

To manage and develop upgrades to the company's telephone system.

To oversee the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and to provide additional support if necessary.

To interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and to provide answers in timely manner.

Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.


  • Pool Attendant - Part time

Assist guests with their service needs at the pool to include chair, towel, and umbrella service.

Assist guests courteously and efficiently according to hotel and Preferred Hotels standards.

Adhere to all the opening and closing duties.

Generate a good atmosphere.

Ensure all pool furniture, chairs and tables are neatly arranged and clear of debris.

Adhere to towel card standard operating procedures.

Provide guests with towel and chair service.

Open all umbrellas, clean table tops, and wipe off all chairs.

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

High School diploma or general education degree. Experience preferred.

  • Spa Concierge - Full Time

We are looking for a Spa Concierge to work the front desk and provide top-notch guest services, create a stress-free environment and use a fun-filler flair to sell products to our guests. 

Responsible for meeting and greeting guests, checking guests in and out, resolving guest concerns. The ability to maintain an upbeat attitude is crucial to our success.

Must be well spoken, have a welcoming attitude, sensitive to guest needs.

Must be able to work evenings/weekends and have a flexible schedule.

Must have Spa/Hospitality experience.

Retail experience preferred.

Complete verbal, written and understanding of English is a must.

Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.


          Engineer - Full Time

Perform internal and external preventive maintenance along with mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC.

Must have basic knowledge of skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting and HVAC.

Guest service oriented.

High school diploma preferred.

Previous hospitality or facilities maintenance experience required.

Be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Physical work is a primary part of job and it is performed inside and outside with equipment, machines and/or operating a motor vehicle.

The work involved exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.


  • Housekeeping Supervisor - Full Time

We are seeking for an outgoing and friendly personality.

The responsibilities are included but not limited to supervise staff, and general cleaning and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices.

Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security.

Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Superior guest service oriented. 

Must have high school diploma.

Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.

Computer literate.

Experience required.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Be able to push, stand for long period of time, walk, bend and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
