- Guest Service Agent - Full-time & Part-time
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information. Promote The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
Accept payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.
Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
- Housekeepers - Full-time & Part-time
Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Restaurant Server - Part-time
Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
- Restaurant Busser - Part-time
The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Other duties will be expected as need arises.
- Host - Part-time
Responsible for the positive experience of guests while maintaining the quality standards and supervision of the staff.
Control the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures.
Assign opening and/or closing side duties. Supervise side work and ensure completed lists of set ups of all stations before departure of service staff.
Handle reservation book, take incoming telephone calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.
