The Atlantic Hotel & Spa offers sophisticated style, providing guests with personalized service in an intimate setting. The following employment opportunities are available for qualified applicants: 

  • Bell Attendant - Full-time

Welcome guests to the hotel. Recognize The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest club members.

Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Summon taxis upon request.

Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.

  • Line Cook - Full-time and Part-time

Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.

Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions.

Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.

  • Prep Cook - Full-time

The Prep Cook assists the cooks in the preparation and service of menu items and performs a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies.

  • Food & Beverage Manager - Full-time

Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of operation.

Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments, i.e., room service, restaurants, banquets, kitchens, stewards, etc.

Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve a profitable result.

Participate with the Chef, outlet managers, and catering managers in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market.

Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs among all sub-departments.

Assist the area managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.

Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer acceptance of the individual restaurants and banquet service. Recommend to management new operating and marketing policies whenever declining or constant sales imply dissatisfaction by the customers, a material change in the make-up of the customer market, or a change in the competitive environment.

  • Guest Service Agent - Full-time and Part-time

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information. Promote The Atlantic Hotel Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.

Accept payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for guests. 

Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.

  • Housekeeper - Full-time and Part-time

Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards.

  • Pool Attendant - Part-time

Assist with pool-side Food & Beverage requests as needed and delivery of orders in a timely manner, using suggestive selling techniques.

Set up/break down pool umbrellas and assist guests with pool-side chair set up. Present pool towels by request and assist with washing, drying and folding pool towels.

Straighten pool chairs and maintain proper condition and cleanliness of pool area and servicing equipment.

  • Restaurant Server - Part-time

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

  • Nail Technician - On Call
